“We’re incredibly proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, recognising the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country. The Armed Forces Covenant is more than a commitment; it's a cornerstone for supporting those who have served and continue to serve in our military. By endorsing this Covenant, we not only recognize the exceptional skills and dedication of our armed forces but also contribute to a society that respects and supports them. As businesses, we have a unique opportunity to show gratitude and support for our armed forces. Whether it's through flexible employment policies for reservists, actively encouraging members of staff to become volunteer leaders in cadet organisations, or engaging in community projects, every action counts.”
