Our Impact
The Primary Care Network (PCN) Toolkit was produced on behalf of NHS England to provide PCNs with a flexible framework and support process for producing robust primary care investment plans with clear priorities that align to wider ICS strategies.
gbp consult were commissioned by CHP to produce clinical and estate plans for PCNs across
5 Integrated Care Systems. As a result of our work, for the first time across England, each PCN, Place and ICB has a consistent baseline of primary care estate need and opportunity, including a quantified investment pipeline to base strategic decisions on.
The Primary Care Patient Record Room conversion project, delivered in partnership with North Central London ICS, repurposed primary care spaces at 20 sites across North Central London used to store patient records into clinical, virtual and clinical support spaces by removing the patient records into off-site storage and converting the spaces.
Capacity for more than 370,000 additional appointments was provided for c. £2.4m with no additional revenue impact.
